Shipping costs include transport, as well as order preparation, packaging and tracking costs, and other possible options such as insurance of the parcel and its content.
Shipping costs are calculated in the best possible way to satisfy every customer.

Due to their large size and/ or significant weight, some items (Amish star, furniture, decoration, luminous circles, ...) cannot benefit from the free shipping. In this case the information is on the product description.

The customer is responsible for :
- the accuracy of the shipping information provided
- the choice of delivery 

(1) Deliveries in the European Union

Orders delivered in one of the European Union countries (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden) are subject to French VAT. 

(2) Deliveries in Switzerland

The invoice will be established excluding French VAT when products are to be shipped in Switzerland.
On an indicative basis, Swiss VAT is 8 % (non-contractual information).
Once the parcel managed by customs, the customer must pay taxes applicable in Switzerland such as the Swiss VAT and some possible import costs. 

(3) Deliveries in the rest of the world

The invoice will be established excluding French VAT when products are to be delivered in the rest of the world.

(4) Time of delivery 

The delivery times are given as an indication only. Lili Shopping by COTE H is not responsible for delivery delay. These delivery times are the ones usually noticed and can increase by a few days in Christmas time.
