According to the law, this cooling-off period is 14 days for items purchased on Lili Shopping without any justification.

For itemps purchased in through a special offer, the 14 day right to retrataction period will not be applicable.

You have a 14 days deadline as from the date of reception to return Lili Shopping the products (postmark). However, you will have to pay the return shipping costs.

If the return has not been submitted within the time limit (14 days after the delivery), no return will be accepted.

Returns policy

 In order to facilitate your returns, Lili Shopping suggests you to follow this returns policy. Lili shopping can only accepted items returned in their original packaging. Worn items or items returned in damaged or uncompleted packaging will be refused.

1. Join the Customer Service throught the return form providing your number of order, the item you want to return and the solution - refund or credit note (voucher) - you prefer. Lili Shopping will send you a return number by email. You will have to put this return number in or on your parcel.

 2. Return your(s) item(s) within 14 days after the delivery to the following address :

Lili Shopping, 22 allee des Haies, 69480 MORANCE, FRANCE. It is recommended that  the parcel be sent by a traceable method such as registred post.

3. All goods will be inspected on return. If the items are in perfect state and in their original packaging, you will receive your refund or credit note within 15 days.

Lili Shopping will refund what you paid for your order including standard delivery charge (if there was a delivery charge).

Lili Shopping will not accept a return without any return number.

All goods will be inspected on return. Only products in perfect state and in their original packaging will be reimbursed.

Exchanging a present 

You have received a present ordered in Lili Shopping and you are not completely satisfied ? You can receive a credit note, email the Customer Service.
