CAN I STILL ORDER ON LILI SHOPPING ?

Yes of course, our e-shop is open and we have taken all necessary measures to continue our activity with the best security and safety conditions.


IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF MY ORDER AFFECTED ?

Containment does not affect the time required to prepare your orders. Shipments are made according to the Post Office’s opening / work days from Monday  to Friday. La Poste (French Post) and foreign Post Offices do theire utmost to deliver your orders safe and as fast as possible.

 

I HAVE A QUESTION, CAN I CONTACT YOU ?

Yes of course. The Customer Service will be happy to help you. The best way to contact us is the email/ the contact form accessible from all the pages of the site. But please, start you message with "Hi", or "Hello" it's always a better start :-)


I DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE OR AN ORDER CONFIRMATION ?

We reply to all messages and order confirmation emails are automatically sent. Have you checked all your emails ? Trully, even the junk mail or spam box ?
